About tasting nights at The Miller
Bring family, bring friends for foodie flair and fun. If you like the idea of being a foodie guinea pig of sorts, then Nick’s tasting nights are for you. Join us to be the first to test drive seasonal dishes as well as some experimental dishes.

Please plan ahead – the festive event particularly books up months in advance
£10 booking deposit per person dining, payable at time of reservation and non-refundable
Your booking time is your dining time – please arrive a little earlier if you fancy pre-dinner drinks

Bringing foodies & the community together
What began as a way of thanking The Miller’s local community for all their support in our early days, has evolved and grown. Although we host these event less frequently to balance them alongside regular restaurant and hotel bookings, they’re enduringly popular and well supported. It’s an opportunity for our chefs to be creative away from The Miller menu and for you to get a feel for what we’re all about food wise (while savouring a bargain tasting menu experience!). Some of the creations from these nights have gone on to appear on wedding menus and as menu specials.
