If you’ve been to our summer or Christmas parties, celebrated a special occasion here with friends or family, attended one of our Demo & Dine events or come along to a tasting night, you’ll already know that we also deliver the same level of cooking for larger scale and bespoke events. Nick regularly translates the menu to suit large groups and he also offers private catering, in your home or at your chosen venue.

It’s easier than you think to hire a professional chef for a dinner party. Private catering requests have ranged from an upmarket cricket match tea, to weddings and reunions. Catering for bespoke events has included private home cookery demos and large scale industry events.

On site or off site, Nick’s menu and team are experienced at catering for a variety of group sizes, myriad dietary requirements and even cajoling the odd AGA to play ball with event timings!

Dinner party chef

Whether it’s an extra special dinner party or you would like a night away from the kitchen and with your guests, Nick makes an excellent dinner party chef. Work with him to develop a seasonally focused menu with all the essence of The Miller dining experience. And a bespoke guest dinner suited to the likes and allergy considerations of your party.

Learn to cook like a pro in your own home

You’ll find Nick on stage at food festivals throughout the summer and autumn. And one a month his own Demo & Dine lunches combine insight into seasonal ingredients and recipes with a Miller lunch. Now you can book Nick to demo in your own home amongst friends or hire him to help you learn to cook like a pro.



Private event catering

As the host, take the pressure off a little with a professional chef to manage your private event catering. Brief us on the nature of your event, your guests and timings. Let us compile and serve a menu that caters for everyone and is a memorable dining experience for all.

Learn to sabrage

Sabrage is the French art of opening champagne with a sabre and Mary is a Chevalier in what is known as The Order of the Golden Sabre. Learn to sabrage at your next event and the room will be awash with cheer and awe. One champagne bottle per person – it can only be opened once! Successful swordsmanship will be rewarded with a sabrage certificate.

Bespoke event catering

Sports match, charity supper, family reunion, club celebration, or once in a lifetime event. Whatever event you have in the planning, Nick is on hand to provide your bespoke event catering. Menu consultation, seasonal ingredients, local produce and ethical sourcing are all part of the package.
