Langoustine Special

Head Chef Nick Galer managed to get some fresh langoustines this week and so he put together a starter dish that was very well received.  Langoustines, braised & shaved fennel, confit lemon, tomato fondue and a langoustine sauce. Watch this space to see more special dishes come on the menu!

Keeping warm!

Until yesterday this fireplace was covered in thick black paint, however it has now been lovingly restored. Hopefully this year we won’t need too many logs this summer!
