The Oxfordshire Cook Book, produced by Meze Publishing, has gathered eateries and their chefs from around the county and we’re delighted to be involved. You’ll find The Miller’s Lamb Hogget recipe nestled on page 93 of the book between The Kitchen in Farnborough and The Muddy Duck in Hethe.
The cookery book is heralded as a celebration of Oxfordshire’s independent restaurants and the county’s finest food businesses. Why wouldn’t we want to shout about that!
