At the beginning of 2018 we launched a series of cookery demos combined with a lunch and what a successful series of events these have been! Thank you to everyone who has supported them this year. And so we’re delighted to say that a fresh batch of lunchtime demos will return in 2019 and with a slightly new name!
Introducing Demo & Dine
Kicking off in January, our 2019 series of cookery demos will now be called Demo & Dine. The format will be the same:
- one Wednesday each month
- an hour’s demo
- 2-course lunch with wine
- Nick will join you for lunch
- a seasonal theme
- a seasonal lunch menu
- a perfectly matched wine
- opportunity to ask Nick more questions!
- a recipe to take away
Demo & Dine 2019
Nick has been busy debating what seasonal tricks and treats to present at the cookery demos. We’ve to’d and fro’d on a few but are delighted to now share that list with you. So here we have 2019 demo dates and demonstration topics.
