If you’ve seen Nick presenting at local food festivals, you’ll agree that he shouldn’t be hidden in the kitchen all the time. With that in mind, as well as bigger list of food festival demos on his list for 2018, he’s decided to run cookery demos at The Miller too.

Nick’s a dab hand at this cooking lark and he had the honour of learning from some of the best in the business, including Roux Scholar Matthew Tomkinson. Now it’s his turn to help you learn to cook like a professional!

With a seasonally etched series of cookery demo lunches, he’s dedicating an hour to demonstrating what, how and when to prepare, cook and serve seasonal ingredients and dishes. The demo is followed by a 2 course signature lunch cooked by his team, that he will sit and enjoy with you, while you talk about all things food (if you want – he’s also a Spurs fan, a former head chef for Heston Blumenthal, and an adept skier).

You’ll take home a recipe for the demo dish and Nick will wait to hear (or see) how your homemade creations come along!

A full list of dates and themes is available here. Why not bring along a friend or friends, your mum, dad or auntie, your niece, nephew or cousin? Demos will start at 11:30 and the session will be complete by 1.30/2pm in time for the school run or to get back to your desk after an extended lunch break.

The demos will run monthly throughout the year, except during in August.
