Never Shy away from Simplicity
Great food isn’t necessarily complicated! Think about the best steak and chips you ever had or fresh hand-made pasta, pan fried scallops or a luscious Valrhona Dark Chocolate Tart. So many restaurants are afraid to let the food speak directly to the customer. Not the Miller! We source the best ingredients and let it work its own magic. That’s not to say that our Chefs aren’t magical themselves… We think Lee and his team are pretty special indeed, and we think you'll agree! ;-)

There’s no room for pretension at the Miller.
