An Article in Seasoned By Chef’s with Nick’s Recipes

We can’t thank Seasoned by Chef’s enough for the recent 8 page article they wrote on Nick.  They came to visit on site and spent the day taking pictures, talking to us and took a lot of interest in Nick’s food and the vision for our business.

Nick also gave away some of his favourite recipes for the Crispy ‘Beechwood Farm’ Duck Egg and Poached & Confit Baby Chicken.  The magazines themselves are available in The Miller of Mansfield for a sneaky look at them!
